It also allows the user to use cloud computing to save and edit files whenever they want or share them with colleagues while working together. The package contains Visio, flowcharts, timelines, floor plans, and more, making it easier to complete required tasks quickly and in the shortest ways without resorting to other sites or applications.

You can get Office 365 for free by following the following steps:

1. log in to: https://portal.office.com/home.

2. Login with your university e-mail.

-E-mail for students:

ST followed by Student ID @stu.nbu.edu.sa

Example: st123456789@stu.nbu.edu.sa

Password for students;

it starts with upper case S@Nnational\Iqama ID

Example: S@123456789
