Fourth: The Right to Request Destruction of Your Personal Data**  
You have the right to request the destruction of your personal data in accordance with regulatory requirements. Please send your request to DMO@nbu.edu.sa .

Fifth: The Right to File a Complaint
If you are unable to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law, or if you believe your privacy has been violated or your personal data has been exposed to a breach, you have the right to file a complaint. Please contact us at DMO@nbu.edu.sa.

Sixth: The Right to Withdraw Approval 
You have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time. Please note that withdrawing consent will not affect the processing of your personal data based on another legal basis stated in this policy. To withdraw your consent, please contact us via email at DMO@nbu.edu.sa , and we will provide you with a consent withdrawal form.

The University will respond to any requests related to these rights within thirty (30) days. If needed, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. Please let me know in advance if an extension is needed and the reasons for the delay.
